Information for New Patients
Your First Visit
If your first visit is for emergency care or a limited exam, we will listen to your concerns and address them with an appropriate exam and any x-rays necessary to address your specific problem.
If your first visit is for a comprehensive exam, we will talk with you to determine if any x-rays are necessary and will ask you to complete a Medical & Dental Information Form. We are very interested in your responses to the dental health portion, because you may be aware of things that do not show up on x-rays or visual exam. You can expect a very thorough exam and good answers to your questions. We will also help educate you about any dental condition or treatment procedure you wish to understand, with printed materials and video patient education covering nearly every dental topic.
